📥 Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
LuxoraCraft™ is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported missing. However, we will do our best to assist you in investigating the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at customercare@luxoracraft.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LuxoraCraft™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
