Return & Refund Policy – LuxoraCraft™
At LuxoraCraft™, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or incur additional charges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order products, customized or personalized items, and bulk orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Final sale, warehouse sale, and discounted items are non-refundable.
3. Restocking Fee & Shipping
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Return Process
- Email customercare@luxoracraft.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus:
- 20% restocking fee
- Round-trip shipping costs

- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery to customercare@luxoracraft.com with photos of the damage and the delivery receipt noting the damage.
- Do not sign the delivery document without noting damage, or claims may be denied.
- If you refuse delivery due to damage, take photos and email immediately.
- Replacement or repair claims may take 2–3 months, depending on coordination with carriers and production.
6. Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.
- To exchange for the same product, email customercare@luxoracraft.com. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
7. Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer
- LuxoraCraft™ is not responsible for damage or loss if you use a third-party carrier or freight forwarder outside our network.
- We are not liable for storage fees or damage incurred during third-party storage.
8. Sale & Discount Policy
- Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other promotions.
- Discounts apply only during the promotional period displayed at checkout.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled automatically within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, production of made-to-order products begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Once production has started, orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
