Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – LuxoraCraft™

At LuxoraCraft™, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all products, particularly to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, Germany, New Zealand, and Israel.

Furniture Shipment

Your furniture order will be shipped once all items in your order are in stock and ready for delivery. If some items have a lead time, the order will be shipped when the items with the longest lead time are available.

Split shipments are possible upon request. Items may be shipped before the displayed lead time if stock is available.

Availability

Estimated production or delivery times for each product are indicated on the product page. Lead times are best estimates and may change. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress and thank you for your understanding in case of unforeseen delays.

Made-to-Order Products

  • Delivery for made-to-order items is estimated between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on quantity and the natural tanning process of the leather.
  • For grouped orders, items will be shipped according to availability. Products completed first will ship first, and remaining items will follow once crafted.

Shipping Time

  • Approximately 1 to 4 weeks for shipments to the U.S. and other countries.
  • Shipping times are estimates. Remote service areas, including islands, may take longer and may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping & Packaging

All furniture is fully assembled and shipped either by a third-party delivery service or a parcel service. Depending on location and order size, items may be shipped wrapped in a blanket or in a box. There is no charge for shipping.

With flat-rate delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and selected non-furniture items can be delivered per delivery address.

Shipping Origin

Products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States or directly from our workshops in Morocco, depending on availability. Handmade Moroccan items are fulfilled and shipped from Morocco to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

  • No customs duties or import taxes apply for customers in the United States. Due to the Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Morocco, U.S. customers are exempt from paying customs duties on eligible products shipped from Morocco.
  • International orders, especially those shipped from Morocco, may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country's regulations.
  • For countries outside the U.S., import taxes or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Third-Party Carriers

We partner with various carriers and drivers, depending on item size, availability, and delivery location.

Receiving Your Furniture Order

For deliveries requiring an appointment with a third-party carrier, someone must be present at home to receive the delivery. Orders sent by a third-party parcel service do not require a delivery appointment.

Shipping for In-Stock Products

Since our products are handmade and carefully inspected, please allow 1 to 3 days for shipment of in-stock products once your order is confirmed.
